This is my personal weight-maintenance and fitness journal. Every Spring I try to get back in shape again for bathing suit season. This is sad, because I should just stay healthy all year. I am working to change my diet and fitness level for the better. I want to set a good example for my family so we can all be healthy.

This is NOT a weight-loss journal. I feel generally happy with my weight. Although I do realize that by improving my diet and changing to a more active lifestyle may result in a weight-loss, and I certainly am not going to cry about that.

I will probably record my weight and measurements here from time to time, but I want to concentrate on what goes into my mouth each day and how much I am exercising. I think that keeping a written record of that will open my eyes to how much I pollute my body, and help me be aware of what I need more of in my diet.

My current mission is losing the weight I gained during pregnancy and returning to my pre-pregnancy weight ALMOST THERE!
